Maintenance
The following are the brief details of our Maintenance of for Fire Fighting, Gas Piping Systems and Plumbing Systems.
We have our comprehensive maintenance procedures for all types of Pipe Line Systems. Our procedures include checking, cleaning, rectifying leakages, monitoring, emergency responding, quality control, risk assessments.
The following are the brief details of our Maintenance of Gas Pipe Line Systems:
- ➣ Check entire pipe line with soap solution in every 15 days.
- ➣ Clean a pipe in every 15 days.
- ➣ Rectify leakage if found out.
- ➣ Submit fortnightly consumption for billing.
- ➣ Monitor and keep a record of consumption of each kitchen outlet.
- ➣ Submit cumulative meter reading of each outlet in every 15 days.
- ➣ Technician will available at the side:
- o Weekday morning 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
- o Weekends Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am to 11:30 pm
- ➣ Representative will monitor and maintain the LPG/PNG system.
- ➣ Representative will maintain GAS Leak detection system.
- ➣ In case of any emergency on call our emergency team will reach at the site within 2 hours.
The following are the brief details of our Maintenance of Plumbing Systems:
- ➣ Check entire pipe line for leakages. Rectify leakage if found out.
- ➣ Monitor and keep a record of all CPs, sanitaries, valves and accessories.
- ➣ Rectify leakage if found out.
- ➣ Technician will available at the site:
- o Weekday morning 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
- o Weekends Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am to 11:30 pm
- ➣ Representative will monitor and maintain the Plumbing Systems.
